MEET THE FOUNDER

Over thirty years in employment law, now dedicated fully to investigations.

Helen Gallagher became an attorney in 1994 and served as in-house counsel for various companies for over a quarter of a century. Throughout her career, she conducted and managed hundreds of sensitive workplace investigations into harassment, discrimination, retaliation, bullying, policy violations, and other critical matters.
Sitting inside legal departments for decades taught her exactly where internal reviews go wrong and what a credible, independent process actually requires. The findings have to be neutral, the documentation thorough, and the record strong enough to hold up long after the matter closes, whether the next reader is a regulator, a court, or opposing counsel.
Today that discipline is the whole of the practice. Integrity Investigations takes on a focused number of engagements so that each one receives the rigor and discretion it deserves.
